Returns & Exchanges

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or pet hair, with original tags attached.

Do I pay for return shipping?

No. Shipping is free both ways. We cover outbound and return shipping on every eligible return or exchange. No hidden fees, no deductions from your refund.

How do I exchange for a different size or color?

Email us with your order number and the size or color you want instead. We'll send a prepaid return label, and ship the replacement after we receive the original.

Availability-permitting. If your requested size or color is sold out, we'll issue a full refund instead.

How fast do refunds hit my account?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the returned product. Original outbound shipping is included — you pay nothing.

What if my item is defective or I got the wrong thing?

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery at orders@wbsapparel.shop so we can move fast. Replacement or full refund, your choice, shipping on us.

How do I start a return?
  1. Email orders@wbsapparel.shop with your order number and whether you want a return or exchange.
  2. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label.
  3. Drop the package at any USPS location.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement goes out.
Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, if you have an account with us, we will let you know when we do!
